  1. Follow the steps you learned in your CBL training session to open the Collaborate Panel in the lower-right corner of the screen and navigate to the Share Content tab.

  2. In the Share Content tab, click the last menu item, Breakout Groups.

    1. Your students will likely be assigned to a group number. Set Assign Groups to Custom assignment.


    2. Check the box labeled Allow attendees to switch groups so you and your students can move between groups as you were instructed to do in your CBL training session.



























    3. Click the plus button at the bottom of the group list to add new groups. The course coordinator will inform you how many groups your session should have.


    4. With the group assignment and movement options set and the number of groups set, click Start to begin the breakout groups.

  4. You may now exit the breakout groups tab and should not need to revisit it. You and your students can move between breakout groups at-will using the method taught to you in your CBL training session.
