Add user information to the Address Book on a Canon Printer/Copier/Scanner using the Touch Panel on the printer.

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

  1. Login with Dept. ID code (if required)
  2. Select the Main Menu
  3. Tap Scan and Send
  4. Choose Address Book
  5. Press Register Edit
  6. Select Register New Destination
  7. Choose Email
  8. Add Name and Email information, click OK
