In order to test a reminder, you need to pay attention to a few thing:
- What email is set on the test request
- When is the reminder set to be sent out
- What type of requirement or what search criteria is the reminder looking for
Then set up a new requirement that matches all the above mentioned criteria.
You can either wait until the reminder fires up by itself or trigger it manually.
You should see a notification in the inbox of the email receiving the reminder.
