When an employee receives a a Zero Dollar Appointment in HRS as designated by HR staff, their Office 365 Services will change to Group C - see below link. For Emeritus Staff the move to Group C will increase the Office 365 Services they receive, primarily they receive Office Pro Plus with all desktop apps. For an employee previously with a paid appointment, they will switch from Group A to Group C for a slight reduction in Office 365 Services - again they maintain Office Pro Plus access. Primarily they will no longer have Azure access which most staff do not need and is a license cost reduction for Campus. The employee should receive an email notifying them of the Group change from the Office 365 team.
