Liquidity: Accounts 1000 & 1005 are classified as Cash, fund class Endowment-PERM as Perm, fund classes Endowment-TEMP and Endowment-UNRE as Quasi. All others are Unassigned.
Ma Src of Funds Cd: This code field defines a standard categorization of source of funds for the Medical School. Example: 40 = Endowment
Resp UDDS: This code is the department (UDDS) code of the department owning the fund.
Restricted Flag: Defined by how restricted its use is given by the donor (FAQ 42). FAQ 44 says "if you are unable to distinguish gifts as either restricted or unrestricted, report gift expenditures in the "restricted gifts" category.
Sum1 Des: Type 1 Summarization description.
Sum4 Des: Short Type 4 summarization description
Sum4 Sort: Numeric sort code for Type 4 Summarization.
Transaction Amount: The amount of the cash transaction. A positive number is cash received, a negative number is cash expended or transferred out.
