Brief Description

This report identifies recent Hires, Rehires, Terminations, and Transfers occurring in SMPH departments within the previous 60 days. The Hires sheet shows Hires, Rehires, and Transfers into departments. The Terms sheet shows Terminations and Transfers out of departments.

Primary Audience

App is used by anyone who has an interest in recent Hires, Terms or Transfers of employees primarily for the purposes of onboarding/offboarding.

Data Sources

Data is extracted from the EPM data warehouse, loaded into the SMPH data warehouse (AADW), and used to create Qlik data files (QVDs) .

HR Ops - HR Operations Coordinator
HR P&B - HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist
UDDS - Seven digit aggregated code comprised of individual codes for the Unit, Division (College/School), Department, and Subdepartment of each appointment.
