Primary Audience

Medical Education Office.

Used by administrative staff to identify which evaluators require follow-up to ensure student assessments are completed.

Data Sources

Student schedule, name, and assessment information are all sourced from Oasis, the school's scheduling and enrollment system. Form minimums are defined internally by the Medical Education Office based on student block and location. All of this information is loaded into the SMPH data warehouse (AADW) and used to create Qlik data files (QVDs), which the app then uses directly.

Definitions

'Minimum' represents the expected number of assessments received for a particular form type, and is based on the location and block that the student is enrolled in. Rows with an expected minimum but no forms assigned are highlighted in deep red, while those that have a minimum - and at least some forms assigned - but none received are highlighted in lighter red. Rows with forms received with no expected minimum are highlighted in blue, and are meant to alert the user to an unexpected form given the student's block and location.

Plans for Future Development

Continued refinement based on feedback from administrative staff; updating the available filters to include a 'year' dropdown.
