Background

WPP used to send Progress Reports to 1-4 external reviewers, who would then access reports via a portal, add comments/decisions, etc. As of summer 2023, this stage of review has been removed, removing the need for many workflow steps and fields.

New State

In addition to removing external review, the new state combines Finance, NSQ, and Program Officer review into a single state to support side-by-side review. Dashboard card configurations and required fields are used to indicate the "status" of each record. A description of the workflow and primary triggers can be seen in the diagram below:
